Get ready for an afternoon of fantastic live music, community spirit and great vibes as Dumfries Shine Fest comes to the Plainstanes on Friday 11 September, from 1pm to 7pm.
Hosted by the Dumfries Town Board, this free community event will showcase some of the incredible musical talent our region has to offer, with live performances from RHElM, Cenote Sounds, Samba Sisters and also we have a magic show by the lovely Franc Karpo
